Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect or use any personal data from children under the age of 16. No one under the age of 16 may provide any information to or through our Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information. Do Not Track

Certain web browsers and other devices you may use to access the Services may permit you to submit your preference that you do not wish to be “tracked” online. We do not currently commit to responding to “do not track” requests, in part, because no common industry standard for “do not track” has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators.

Notice to Residents of California

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Barnstorm does not share your information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. However, if you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
As of the date of this privacy policy, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) does not apply to Barnstorm. If that were to change in the future, we will update this privacy policy.

Notice to Residents of Nevada

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information, including your name and mailing address, to third parties. Barnstorm does not sell your personal information. If that were to change in the future, we will provide Nevada residents with a method to opt-out of those transactions.

International Visitors

Our Services are intended for residents of the United States. However, if you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect through our website and services will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the website and services or by voluntarily providing your information to us, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States.

The Services may contain links to other websites or services that are not controlled by Barnstorm. Your use of a third-party website or any of its informational content is subject to and governed by the privacy policies, terms, and conditions of that website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites.

Updates to this Policy

We may update our privacy practices from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make any material changes to the ways in which we process your information, then we will take reasonable efforts to notify you of these changes. The updated Policy will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
